Our programmes are open to everyone — from babies as young as 4 months old to adults of any age. We also offer specialized classes for pregnant women, children with special needs, and those looking for water therapy.
Each session typically lasts between 30–60 minutes, depending on the age group and programme. Babies & toddlers usually have shorter sessions, while adults and competition training may run longer.
We currently operate at several locations in Bandung, including Hotel Hilton, D’Oasis Siliwangi, Abadi Sport Center, D’Sovia Hotel, and Kolam Pandiga. We also offer a Home Visit service if you prefer lessons in your own private pool.
For our Babies & Toddlers Programme, yes — parents or guardians are required to be in the water to assist and bond with the child. For other programmes, parental presence is optional but welcome to observe.
We recommend bringing:
Swimsuit
Towel
Swim cap & goggles (optional but encouraged)
Water bottle to stay hydrated
For babies: swim diapers
Absolutely! Many of our students start with fear or discomfort in the water, and our experienced coaches specialize in helping them build confidence step by step, at their own pace.
Yes. We conduct swimming tests regularly, and students who successfully pass a level will receive a certificate to recognize their progress.
Yes, swimming is generally safe and even recommended during pregnancy. Our Aquaprenatal Programme is designed specifically for expectant mothers to help them stay active and comfortable under expert supervision.
